Visit the Hunters Museum for a fascinating trip
into history!

The town of Hunters was first settled in 1880 at Hunters Creek Falls on the Columbia River. It was the central trading point for the settlers in Hunters, Harvey and Fruitland valleys and the Colville and Spokane Indian Reservations. It is located 40 miles south of Kettle Falls, 40 miles north of Davenport, and 30 miles west of Springdale. (from "R.L.
